Romsdal Academy

Visual identity and concept for an outdoor festival focused on warmth, playfulness, and inclusion – as a contrast to the often performance-driven aesthetic of the outdoor world. The festival was built on a minimal budget, using repurposed retail materials that we screen printed to create all decoration and communication. Visitors printed their own merch – either on new garments from Houdini or on clothes they brought themselves. A rhubarb theme ran through the event, including a drink made from rhubarb grown in soil from Houdinis composted wool base layers – alongside a pop-up compost that showcased the full cycle from garment to soil.
